A Ghoulish Client Appreciation Day at ASCEND

This Client Appreciation Day, we wanted to do something truly special to celebrate the amazing individuals who make our community so vibrant. To show our gratitude, we transformed the Digital Cafe and Lounge into the ultimate Halloween party for a Client Appreciation Day that was nothing short of spooktacular. The clients got to prepare and have a part in decorating, which made this Halloween party feel like a movie.

The highlight of the evening was the arrival of the In-N-Out truck, which rolled right up and fueled the clients to party and game to their hearts content. They served their fresh iconic burgers and grilled cheese's that everyone knows and loves. There is no better way to bring families together than over a great meal. The excitement around the truck set the perfect tone for the rest of the day since they served over 200 guests.

While some enjoyed their burgers, others leveled up their Halloween experience in the mobile Game Truck we brought in for the occasion. Packed with multiplayer games and vibrant screens, it was a massive hit that provided an awesome space for friendly

competition and lots of laughs away from the music. If video games weren't your thing the fun didn't stop since there were also party games outside where you can test your reflexes, play giant connect 4 with a friend, play a competitive game of soccer or foosball to leave you wanting to play more.

Meanwhile, inside the cafe, the energy was electric. We brought in DJ Shaikeem who set up right in the heart of our space, spinning tracks that kept the dance floor packed all afternoon. The Digital Cafe and Lounge offered delicious margarita mocktails, that added to the funtastic spooky vibes. There was also a self serve candy bar right next to the dance floor so you can pack yourself some king sized candy bars and gummies while dancing your way through. Between the amazing costumes, the fantastic music, and the great food, the cafe was completely buzzing with community spirit. The Clients especially enjoyed the music, from dancing in a conga line to dancing like nobody was watching and hitting some new moves.

To all of our clients and their families who made it and to the clients who didn't make it: Thank you!! This event was more than just dancing and eating great food, it was about creating memories with our families, creating deeper connections with our community and encouraging social connections that will live on forever. Your positivity, hard work, and unique personalities are what make ASCEND such an incredible place to be every single day. We loved celebrating with you, and we are already looking forward to the next one!
